Currently, members
of The Reiki Network have been trained by Masters who already
belong to The Reiki Network and thus have been trained according
to our standards.
Masters wishing to join the Network who have been trained
according to other standards can do so. The procedure would
be to contact a Reiki Network Master Teacher and ask him
to become the sponsor for the application. Generally, an
applicant would explain how he has been trained, by whom
and how they teach Reiki. It is then up to the sponsor to
ensure that the applicant is trained to our minimum standards.
This is an individual matter between applicant and sponsor.
Generally a sponsor may require that all assignments need
to be fulfilled to his satisfaction. The assignments are
detailed in a comprehensive training manual which is provided
by The Reiki Network. Throughout this period such a candidate
would become automatically an associate member of the Network
entitling him to The Reiki Network Newsletter. Upon completion
of this procedure the sponsor will inform the Network that
all requirements and standards are met and the applicant
may join The Reiki Network.
